Objectives of the Position

The Product Specialist supports the Amann Girrbach product portfolio by ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through product demonstrations, installations, training, and after-sales service. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement, ensuring users can confidently and effectively utilize Amann Girrbach solutions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and training to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Perform installation, setup, and after-sales service for Amann Girrbach products.

Work efficiently to resolve company and client issues , ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Provide hands-on technical training to internal teams and partner technicians, promoting competency and product knowledge.

Prepare and conduct engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions for internal and external audiences.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of installations, service activities, and training sessions.

Represent Amann Girrbach at trade shows, conferences, and professional events, supporting setup, demonstrations, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, marketing, etc.) to support product success and customer satisfaction.
