Sales Executive - New Business
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive New Business to join a fast-growing organization in the employer branding and workplace recognition space. This role is 100% focused on net new client acquisition. You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline, generating opportunities, and closing deals with senior-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and social selling.
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations with CHROs, CMOs, and other C-suite decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success in net new business development.Experience selling to senior executives (CHROs, CMOs, C-suite) preferred.Proven ability to close deals in the $25K-$45K range, with experience pursuing six-figure enterprise contracts.Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting / AI tools.Strong communication and presentation skills.Highly motivated with a hunter mentality, proactive, persistent, and results-oriented.Compensation & Benefits
