We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

You will be responsible for monitoring digital marketing campaigns, contributing to the development of strategic plans, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal media buyers, and other team members to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance, discuss strategy, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present client proposals, reports, and performance metrics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for optimizations.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on account management.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal team members.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with project management tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
