Job description

A company is looking for a Principal, Business Development / Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fundraising initiatives alongside co-founders and head of investor relations

Build and manage relationships with LPs, overseeing origination, diligence, and closing

Represent the firm at conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, preferably in private credit or alternative assets

Proven track record in new business development and relationship management

Ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision and an ownership mentality

Superior organization and time-management skills

Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
