Key Responsibilities
Oversee content delivery to clients, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring high client satisfaction
Coordinate and execute analytic requests, producing reports and presentations for clients
Engage with clients to manage deliverables and provide business insights, ensuring effective communication
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or related positions (preferable, not mandatory)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Knowledge or experience with data analysis
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
