Location

Hybrid. The candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% to meet client needs. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week. Preferred locations : Plano, TX

Role Summary

The CSM Industry Portfolio Leader - Public Sector drives profitable growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across a defined portfolio of accounts managed by a team of Client Success Managers (CSMs). This leader ensures strategic alignment, execution discipline, and financial accountability while collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Advisory teams to deliver measurable business outcomes within the industry portfolio.
