Mortgage Processor II

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor II, responsible for processing loan requests and serving as a communication liaison between customers and the mortgage department.

Key Responsibilities :

Process conventional and government loan requests according to guidelines

Communicate with customers and various departments to gather necessary documentation

Monitor and update loan conditions to ensure compliance with underwriting requirements

Required Qualifications :

Associate's degree with one year of mortgage industry experience or two years of equivalent work experience

Three years of equivalent work experience, including one year in the mortgage industry, may substitute for a degree

Six months of specific mortgage processing experience plus additional customer service or financial services experience may also qualify

Good PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, email, and PDF software

Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced mortgage environment
