Qualifications Needed to Thrive :
Active P&C license4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerageProficiency with AMS 360, Salesforce, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systemsProven track record of maintaining a book of business within the Artisan sector - painters, roofers, electrician, janitorial, and construction accountsProficient in commercial insurance products, including workers' compensationThe Position :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwritersAddressing client inquiries, furnishing comprehensive coverage information, and effectively resolving matters on billing, claims, and policy specificsAdept at analyzing and resolving complex insurance-related issuesInspire and guide the assistant account managers to build a thriving, collaborative team and achieve outstanding success together!Proactively identifying opportunities for new business development and cross-selling relevant insurance products to existing clientsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
