Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination for leadership and staff. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations. Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Maintain confidential records and files, and organize digital and physical documents. Support travel arrangements and expense reporting. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees. Order office supplies and help with facilities coordination. Provide general office support and contribute to team projects as needed.
