Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Lead Marketing Communications Project Manager to support our Ancillary Products and join our team inHolland.

As a Lead Marketing Communications Project Manager you will;

Lead a variety of strategic, market-facing, and product marketing projects for the Ancillary business unit, by managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and project execution ensuring initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Lead Project / Program Teams : Lead project and / or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
• Contribute to Project / Program Strategies : With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee Project / Program Budgets : Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
• Develop and Implement Project / Program Policies and Procedures : Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders : Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
• Drive Project / Program Innovation : Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
• Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies : Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project / program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with / without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
