About the Job

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Senior Vice President with the execution of key strategic and operational initiatives across multiple departments. This position is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, conducting in-depth business analyses, and translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies that enhance organizational performance. Operating as a strategic partner to senior leadership, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst helps design and implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and alignment across Sunstate's Operations. The role provides broad visibility and influence, contributing directly to the achievement of company objectives and continuous improvement efforts.

This position will be based out of Phoenix Arizona. Candidates must live or be open to relocate to Phoenix Arizona. It is not a remote position.

Qualifications / Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data interpretation, modeling, and tracking business performance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT : Majority of work is performed indoors

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Requires presence at assigned workstation, extended periods of standing and sitting. May require some travel (training purposes, coverage at other branches, etc.)
