Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment. This individual will lead day-to-day office operations, ensure a seamless workplace experience, and provide administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, and comfortable balancing executive-level responsibilities with front-office needs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office functions, facility needs, and general workplace operations.
- Serve as a central point of contact for employees, vendors, building staff, and service partners.
- Provide administrative support to members of the executive team as needed.
- Oversee PO creation, tracking, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
- Maintain office inventory, supplies, safety procedures, and internal communications.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, access management, and HR coordination.
- Lead or support planning for company meetings, events, and executive visits.
- Help drive operational efficiencies across administrative and facilities-related processes.
Qualifications :
810+ years of office management experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment.Background supporting senior leaders in medium-to-large organizations (500+ employees strongly preferred).Experience handling purchase orders, vendor coordination, and general facilities processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly polished and people-oriented.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Management, or related field).Additional Details :
