Job Title
We're seeking a communications leader to shape how content and user experience come together across Walmart's Health & Wellness ecosystem. As part of the Health & Wellness Communications team, this role will define and deliver strategies that transform how patients and customers engage with our health content. You'll lead the development of innovative, data-informed communications that improve accessibility, clarity, and impact driving both engagement and measurable business growth. You will work from Bentonville, AR offices and report to the Director of Communications, Multi-channel Activation and Experimentation.

What You'll Do
Lead content strategy and experience design across multi-channel communication touchpoints. Experiment with new communication formats, journeys, and engagement models to enhance customer experience and conversion. Use testing and analytics to refine messaging and optimize performance across multiple channels. Collaborate with business, product, legal, marketing, and data teams to ensure communications are HIPAA compliant, cohesive, insight-driven, and user-centered. Oversee creative development and governance of content standards that reinforce Walmart's brand and mission.
What You'll Bring
A passion for combining content, design, and experimentation to elevate patient and customer experience. Proven expertise in digital content strategy, UX writing, and data-driven communications. Strong analytical mindset with experience in A / B testing, message optimization, and performance measurement. Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-channel programs. Ability to translate insights into creative storytelling that connects emotionally and drives action. Experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer experience communications (preferred). A commitment to advancing Walmart's mission of accessible, affordable care through innovative communication design.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 4 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area OR 6 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area. 1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Politics, journalism, or relevant area, Working in a corporate retail or Fortune 100 environment.
