Product Support Representative

As a Product Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in our new vinyl records program. You will provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, assisting with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. Educate customers on program specifics, pricing, production timelines, and product options while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding the vinyl records program.
• Provide timely and professional responses via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Educate customers on program details, pricing, production timelines, and product options.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring positive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions in the system.
• Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions or additional services.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve the program.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to better assist customers.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
