Key Responsibilities
Own and drive client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for US / Canada enterprise accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client objectives
Mentor and develop Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continual learning
Required Qualifications
6+ years of leadership in strategic / enterprise SaaS account management
Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts in North America
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Demonstrated success in driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
High intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
