The LunchMaster has worked successfully with 100+ Bay Area, Central Valley and Los Angeles schools for more than 20 years to provide delicious, nutritious meals that kids and adults like, eat and enjoy. The Part-Time Office Assistance supports the daily operations of the front office, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position involves both clerical responsibilities and light facility upkeep, contributing to a clean, organized, and professional workplace.

Language Skills :
A working knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written; Spanish is a plus. Must have the ability to interpret written and verbal requests as required. Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills are needed to create and maintain a team centered environment.
Physical Demands :
The physical demands of this position are typical of those found in a warehouse & food service setting. Some lifting will be required. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. is required.
Work Environment :
The environment can be fast paced and hectic with a high volume of work.
