Job Title : Controller

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the accounting operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, enforcing internal controls, managing the accounting team, and supporting strategic financial planning. This is a critical leadership role that works closely with executive management and other departments to guide the companys financial health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A / R, A / P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead the monthly close process and ensure the integrity of the general ledger
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies
• Supervise and develop accounting staff; foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Support financial analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Partner with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals
• Build and maintain relationships with Banks
• Partner with Banks and coordinate financing on equipment
