A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and new order placements
Document issues in Confluence and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Document manipulation experience
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain a high level of work product
