Chief Operating Officer, Multifamily Asset Services Biltmore at Camelback
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence within our Multifamily Asset Services business. This executive role partners closely with the President, Regional Leadership, and functional support teams to drive performance, profitability, and service excellence in operations across all managed properties. The COO will be instrumental in shaping and executing operational strategies, ensuring robust controls, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports organizational growth and client satisfaction.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
10+ years of experience in business management and real estate.
Proficient with the practices, policies, and procedures used within the Asset Services industry.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, P&L ownership, and budgeting.
Experience with ERP systems or complex IT infrastructure.
Strong understanding of human capital and compliance environments.

The compensation for the position is $242,250.00 - $285,000.00.
