What You'll Do :

• Deliver top-tier customer service via phone and online chat
• Assist with account creation, password resets, and document uploads
• Answer general inquiries and help customers manage their accounts
• Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options
• Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to customer problems
• Accurately input customer data and perform administrative tasks
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and procedures
• Complete training and certifications with a commitment to excellence

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
