Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll, compensation, and total rewards initiatives, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
Oversee payroll processing for a multi-state workforce and drive improvements in payroll systems
Design and maintain competitive compensation structures and communicate strategies to employees
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, or total rewards, with 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in multi-state payroll management and complex compensation programs
Expertise in payroll and HRIS systems, particularly in process optimization
Experience designing or managing total rewards programs, including equity and benefits plans
Professional certifications such as CPP or CCP preferred
