Join a Phoenix-based domain name management company as a Systems Administrator / Network Engineer in a hybrid role (75% remote). This organization manages over 4 million domains and handles more than 1 billion DNS queries daily with their own custom-built DNS platform capable of managing over 100,000 concurrent requests per second. You'll be part of a 4-person IT team supporting Windows server infrastructure, Aruba layer 2 and 3 switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and helpdesk functions for employees across multiple time zones. This is a full-time position located in Phoenix, AZ 85004 with regular on-site requirements at both the office and local data center.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in an advanced server / networking / infrastructure role, OR a relevant Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of applicable experience
Strong networking fundamentals including configuring and managing layer 2 and layer 3 switches
Proficiency in networking concepts : TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN / WAN, and NAT
Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls
Windows OS management skills including Windows desktop and server, Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Group Policy Objects (GPO), File Server permissions, and PowerShell
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Data center hardware administration experience including racking and stacking
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent documentation and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must be local to Phoenix Metro area
US Citizenship required (no visa sponsorship available)
