Change Implementation Consultant
Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer Lead complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related services. Develop business requirements, create/manage project plans and coordinate appropriate meetings. Establish timelines and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery. Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit. Work with key partners on project priority and scope. Communicate status to project team and the customer. Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues. Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines. Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both. 2+ years experience with Global Payments & Liquidity products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation. Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Price Road Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $68,000.00 - $114,000.00
