Thomson ReutersFrisco, TXWe are seeking a self-motivated individual with indirect tax experience to join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in driving customer success by leading the implementation of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination solutions for new customers, while also providing expert-level support to the existing customer base. This individual will utilize their in-depth knowledge of indirect tax determination and ONESOURCE solutions to configure and deploy tailored solutions that meet customers' unique needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance. Additionally, they will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing ongoing support, training, and best practices to help them maximize the value of their investment, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and system enhancements. Their expertise and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining Thomson Reuters' reputation for excellence in the industry.
About the Role :
In this opportunity as you will
- Perform technical or functional roles on medium to large international projects, led by a Manager, ONESOURCE Partner, or Customer.
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to gather business requirements and configure solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracks progress and identify potential roadblocks to ensure timely and successful implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product owners, and client success managers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to internal teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Thomson Reuters solutions.
- Provide ongoing training and best practices to customers to ensure optimal system usage and collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and bug fixes.
