A company is looking for a Global Experience Specialist to enhance company culture through engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engagement and culture initiatives from strategy to evaluation

Partner with teams to identify engagement needs and create tailored solutions

Lead workshops and team-building experiences to foster collaboration and connection

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or organizational development roles

Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects end-to-end

Collaborative and proactive, able to work effectively with diverse teams

Data-informed and comfortable using feedback and metrics to improve programs
