Overview

Sales Executive – LoopNet Digital Advertising, Westchester, NY. CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We focus on digitizing real estate and delivering insights and connections to improve our customers’ businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Use consultative sales to build client relationships, drive advertising revenue, and advise on strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and your market territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.
  • Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings, potentially requiring travel outside the driving radius of the office.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (required).
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising / marketing solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer-focused approach.
  • Current and valid driver’s license and ability to drive regularly; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record / Driving Abstract check prior to start.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience building long-term relationships and partnerships with senior / C-Suite clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth environment; able to work independently and in a team.

  • Salary : This position offers an annual base salary range of $70,000 – $80,000, plus a generous benefits plan. Eligible to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
