Senior Full Stack Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior Developer with Full Stack capabilities to join our team.

You will take a leading role in building a modernized version of our existing applications in a robust frontend and backend technology stack in the latest platform and architectural patterns. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of and revitalize a codebase that has served this industry well and make key architectural and technical decisions from day one.

You will be involved with designing and evolving a robust front-end application, while ensuring high standards of quality, maintainability, and performance throughout the back-end as well. You will work in close collaboration with our product team leads, our developers, admins, and especially the CTO.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the design and evolution of our platform architecture to integrate current legacy information into modernized technologies
• Perform thorough and constructive code reviews, helping elevate code quality across the team
• Write unit tests and assist with end-to-end tests
• Collaborate with both frontend and backend developers to build and integrate robust APIs
• Collaborate with functional analysts to discuss and validate functional requirements.
• Ensure adherence to development, security, and quality standards for coding
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve our tech stack
