The Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for Iris Enabled Devicesdefining the future of cloud-connected, AI-powered professional AV, robotics, and IoT hardware. You'll be responsible for the strategy and execution of features across a growing ecosystem of cameras, audio gear, lighting systems, and other smart devices built by OEM partners. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategic hardware partnerships. You'll shape the long-term product vision, manage integrations with hardware manufacturers, and help bring high-performance, software-integrated hardware to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap : Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for Iris-enabled hardware, bridging embedded systems, cloud services, and user-facing features.
• Drive Go-to-Market : Partner with OEMs and internal teams to launch new devicesfrom concept through certification and commercial release.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with engineering, customer success, and OEM partners to scope features, define requirements, and manage delivery.
• Lead Technical Partnerships : Serve as the product lead for integrations with hardware manufacturersdefining joint goals and tracking implementation progress.
• Hardware / Software Integration : Translate customer needs and technical constraints into scalable, reliable software-driven hardware products.
• Field Feedback Loop : Collect and synthesize feedback from OEMs, customers, and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap and product improvements.

Audinate aims to pay a competitive salary that is aligned to market however exact final salary will vary dependent on skills and experience, location and internal equity.
