Job descriptionMust currently live in Los Angeles CA 6+ years of multi-unit titled leadership position for a water park concept Experience overseeing 3+ water park venues Experience leading multi-unit leaders Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis Expert sales mentality, with proven results from sales initiatives Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma Experience collaborating with HR for recruiting, training and retention Experience with vendor relations Proficient knowledge of R&M, safety and sanitation standards / laws Some experience with full-service F&B concepts
