Regional Vice President of Operations Qualifications & Requirements :
Must currently live in Los Angeles CA6+ years of multi-unit titled leadership position for a water park conceptExperience overseeing 3+ water park venuesExperience leading multi-unit leadersExperience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysisExpert sales mentality, with proven results from sales initiativesExcellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charismaExperience collaborating with HR for recruiting, training and retentionExperience with vendor relationsProficient knowledge of R&M, safety and sanitation standards / lawsRegional Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills :
Some experience with full-service F&B concepts
