Front Desk Representative
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental practice in Carrollton, Texas. Our office offers patients the best in dental care and seeks to create a comfortable environment for children and adults.
We welcome individuals with new ideas, energy, and a willingness to grow both professionally and personally.
The following are the primary responsibilities of this position :
- Welcoming patients in person or on the phone.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Keeping the office on schedule by reporting patient arrivals and delays.
- Obtaining and updating patients' medical and financial records.
- Upholding office policies by following procedures.
We strongly prefer individuals with the following skills and experience :
- Experience as a front desk receptionist.
- Hospitality and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
The hours are as follows :
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (8 : 30 am - 5 pm)
- Saturday (8 am - 2 pm)
