Your work will make an impact and support how our organization serves the best customer – our Military patrons and their families.

So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?

• Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests.
• Issues room keys, operating telephone switchboard, utilizes computerized Property Management Systems.
• Communicates with Navy Lodge personnel and chain of command.
• Reconciles daily transactions of all accounts.
• Follows all local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions.
• Responsible for lobby appearance including, cleaning, mopping, dusting, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Responsible for the set-up, breakdown and clean-up of the complimentary "self-service" breakfast bar and other events in the lobby area.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.

AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE One 1 year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.

OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE Study completed in a college university or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience.
