We're seeking a Sales Ops Manager to empower our sales team with the tools, training, processes, and insights they need to succeed. This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, marketing, and operationsensuring our sellers are enabled to maximize productivity, improve win rates, and deliver consistent messaging to prospects and customers.

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
• Create ongoing training, certifications, and workshops to upskill reps
• Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback loops to improve sales effectiveness
