Corporate Recruiter - High Volume
Proactively engage with applicants and hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle to find the best talent for the organization. Drive talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting strategies and manage expectations.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on market data and position requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Human Resources Information Systems, Talent Management, Compensation, and Total Rewards.
- Post job openings on our applicant tracking system and various online employment resources.
- Screen and source both active and passive candidates through various methods, including behavioral-based interviews.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience with prompt follow-up and communication.
- Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including coordinating travel for out-of-state candidates.
- Work with the compensation team in developing, extending, and negotiating salary job offers.
- Participate in the training and mentoring of new talent acquisition team members.
- Administer background checks and new hire paperwork processes.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience recruiting in a medium to large organization.Experience using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft.Conducting behavioral-based interviews.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Strong workload management skills including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.Good judgment and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of data.Ability to work professionally within a team environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience.Experience working in both external recruiting agencies and corporate human resources departments preferred.Assertive with strategic sourcing and stakeholder management experience.Good knowledge across Human Resources disciplines.Work Environment
The position requires working in the office from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, with remote work on Fridays.

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $38.46 / hr.
