Financial Modeling / Deal Execution Support Analyst

The Analyst will provide on-site research support to our client located in Raleigh. The Analyst will be an extension of the client's team and will be responsible for creating / maintaining detailed financial models and structuring work products based on pitch / deal requirement in consultation with bankers. Responsibilites :

• Auditing, reviewing, and updating comprehensive financial models including historical and projections
• Analyzing the business model of the company, and accordingly narrow down on the revenue and cost drivers
• Reconcile output from audited numbers and highlight discrepancies
• Applying appropriate valuation methodology for deriving the valuation of the company / deal
• Handling ad-hoc requests as per client requirements
• Support in creating Confidential Information Memorandum and Detailed Company presentation including company overview, investment highlights, financial summary, competitive analysis
• Conduct an in-depth company and industry analysis
• Work on company / M&A screening, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis
• Prepare pitch books, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management biographies, evolution of industry / peers' valuation multiples, potential buyer / seller opportunities
• Supporting Associates and Bankers on live deals, delivering error free projects, maintaining efficiency and client communications
