Contracts Coordinator, Sales Operations
This position is a part of ResMed’s Americas Sales Operations team and will be responsible for providing contract management support to our Revenue / Sales organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Acting as a liaison to communicate information between Sales, and other internal ResMed departments, including our Legal / Contracts team.
- Assist Sales in developing and maintaining documentation, and approval guidelines for management of standard sales processes and non-standard sales contracts requests.
- Coordinating with Sales and Legal / Contracts to request and submit amendments or other contract documentation for legal review.
- Creating reports for Sales to document the status of customer contracts and coordinate with the Sales representative on sales contract extensions, renewals, or terminations (e.
g., NDAs, pricing agreements, solution contracts, etc.).
Tracking and administration of key contract terms and ensuring non-standard terms are approved by all affected departments (e.
g., service level agreements).
- Coordinating with Sales and Pricing to ensure pricing incorporated in any customer contracts is aligned with pricing in ResMed’s systems.
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure appropriate documentation for customer credit accounts is received by the ResMed Credit Team, including for customer acquisitions.
- Maintain documentation in ResMed’s SFDC database and ResMed’s global contracts databases as needed and required for Sales and for Compliance audits.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Effectively and professionally represent ResMed to the customers with whom we engage, and support Sales in discussions with customers on contract related inquiries.
- Acting as a liaison when needed to support other Sales team needs / requests.
- Supporting other ad-hoc sales operations needs intersecting legal, compliance, privacy and infosec as requested.
Experience We are Looking For
- BA / BS degree and 2 to 4+ years of experience related to contract administration
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience creating and documenting cross-functional processes
- Organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, Salesforce, and Oracle

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and / or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

88,000.00 - 110,000.00 - 132,000.00 USD Annual
