Greensboro Honda is GROWING and we are seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team! This is a rare opportunity to work for a best-in-class operation as part of the Greensboro Honda accounting team!

What you will do :
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Basic office responsibilities including bookkeeping
- Ability to organize and multitask
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Compiling and interpreting reports
- Vehicle warranty follow-up including remittances and payments
- Handling rental vehicles taking reservations; processing rental contracts and returns
- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Great customer service skills
- Good MVR record
- Must be able to scan documents
Required :
- Two to four years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Reasoning ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License
- A full -time hourly position with bonus
- CDK preferred but not required
