The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own both field marketing and demand generation. This is an individual contributor role (IC) with the opportunity to build and execute campaigns end-to-end. You’ll drive awareness, generate pipeline, and help our sales team engage the world’s top EPCs and construction companies.
Field Marketing
- Plan, manage, and execute Civ’s presence at key conferences (e.g., RE+) and regional events.
- Partner with sales to design account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for top target EPCs.
- Own pre-event and post-event outreach (email, , follow-up workflows).
Demand Generation
Build and run digital campaigns (email, ads, website landing pages, lead nurture).Manage HubSpot for campaigns, lead scoring, and reporting.Experiment with new growth channels and tactics to fill the funnel.Collaboration
Work closely with SDRs to ensure fast handoff and follow-up on leads.Partner with leadership on messaging, collateral, and success stories.Analytics
Track performance (open rates, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced) and optimize continuously.What We’re Looking For
3 years minimum of B2B marketing experience (construction-tech, SaaS, or hardware a plus).Experience with field marketing (events, conferences, regional campaigns).Experience with demand generation (email, ABM, lead nurture).Tech-savvy with CRM and marketing automation platforms (comfortable learning and adapting to new tools).Creative + analytical mindset (can craft the message, then track ROI).Startup mentality : scrappy, hands-on, comfortable wearing many hats.What You\'ll Get
