Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of culture and engagement programs to enhance employee experience
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective servant leadership and employee engagement
Manage core HR processes including performance reviews, benefit enrollment, and employee data management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations and engagement
Proven ability to build trust and influence decisions across all levels of the organization
Exceptional coaching and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee data management systems
Experience in a professional services or heavily matrixed environment
