Summary of the Role
The Data Systems Administrator oversees and maintains HMIS, Resident Tracker, and Power BI systems to support organizational data needs. This role ensures data accuracy, prepares weekly quality reports, and generates ad hoc reports for leadership. The Administrator collaborates with programming teams to improve data collection and maintains dashboards in Power BI.
Additional responsibilities include managing data and reporting for various grants (Emergency Shelter, Long-Term Storage, FHLB), submitting monthly reports, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and capable of working independently across multiple projects.

Prepare Data and Grant Reports
1. Emergency Shelter Program Grant
o Import overnight shelter data on a weekly basis.
o Update core stat elements to HMIS profiles.
o Prepare and submit monthly reimbursement reports.
2. Long Term Storage Grant
o Prepare and submit monthly reimbursement and performance reports.
o Participate in annual audit.
3. Federal Home Loan Bank Grants
o Monitor ongoing data collection to ensure smooth annual audit process.
4. Other Grants
o In alignment with sections above, ensure the highest degree of accuracy and completeness of key data collection elements to facilitate smooth grant writing and reporting.
