Redwood Outdoors is an exciting e-commerce company that specializes in Outdoor Saunas & Cold Plunge Tubs. We are seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated individual to join our Aftersales team! What You'll Do in the role :
- You will work closely with Redwood Outdoors customers to ensure they have a great experience
- You will look at challenging situations with great attention to detail, and come up with solutions that help customers
- You will become a Redwood Outdoors product expert so that you can present solutions to customers in a confident manner
- You will collaborate with operations to ensure customers have all the parts that they need to enjoy their Redwood Outdoors product
- You must always put the customer first and be a good representative for our company when speaking to them
- You will handle all elements of the customer experience after their product is delivered
- You will work closely with the product team to coordinate parts for customers
- You will work closely with warehouse and shipping companies to ensure deliveries are carried out effectively
What You'll Need for the role :
- Customer support or service experience required
- College degree preferred / not required
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning / using software applications required for the role
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
- Ability to work 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm PST
- Onsite role in Kent, WA
