A company is looking for a Lease Admin Sr. Portfolio Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Review and maintain lease information and perform quality control audits of property documents
Conduct audits of financial obligations and resolve discrepancies with landlords
Manage subtenant processes and communicate with clients regarding critical dates and inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance / real estate, or accounting
2+ years of experience in auditing or a related field
Expertise in cost analysis and understanding complex real estate lease terminology
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of financial terms and concepts
