Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveOffice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for ensuring smooth daytoday operations of our officehandling administrative tasks and providing support to variousdepartments as needed.

This role requires excellent communicationskills attention to detail and the ability to multitaskeffectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Overseeand manage all administrative duties including answering phonesscheduling appointments and handlingcorrespondence.
  • Coordinate and schedulemeetings appointments and travel arrangements for executives andstaff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory andplace orders as necessary.
  • Assist with theonboarding process for new employees including preparing paperworkand coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Manageoffice facilities and equipment including troubleshooting issuesand coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures as well as healthand safety regulations.
  • Handle confidentialinformation with discretion andprofessionalism.
  • Provide support to otherdepartments as needed including HR finance andmarketing.

Requirements :

  • Provenexperience as an Office Manager or similar administrativerole.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook).
  • Ability to work independently andprioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention todetail and high level of accuracy.
  • Experiencewith office management software (e.g. MS Office Google Suite)preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration or relevant fieldpreferred.
