Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support to long-term providers and members
Act as a liaison for complex customer issues and manage escalated responses
Identify and resolve operational problems and communicate resolutions to customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years or older
2+ years of healthcare customer service experience
1+ years of medical claims experience
1+ years of experience in a call center environment
