Role Overview :

As a Senior Strategist at Protobrand, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and insights to our clients’ brands and target consumers, helping them to understand market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes. This position requires a solid understanding of brand strategy frameworks, consumer research methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for our clients. Experience as a strategic planner, brand consultant, strategy consultant is ideal, in addition to hands-on consumer research experience. Reporting into the SVP Growth Strategist, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement and Consultation :

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and goals.
• Act as a strategic consultant, providing expert advice through a wide range of thoughtful, insight-led deliverables designed to guide client goals, objectives, business plans and marketing strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribute to proposal design and selling through to clients
• Address client concerns and feedback to improve service delivery.
