Program Manager

Summary:

• The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and execution of the IT service delivery program.
• This key personnel role ensures all contract deliverables, performance metrics, and service-level agreements are met while overseeing staffing, performance reviews, and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field PMP (Project Management Professional) or ITIL Certification Technical Proficiencies: Proficient in IT program oversight, performance management, and resource planning Knowledge of service delivery frameworks such as ITIL Familiarity with IT systems lifecycle, enterprise IT infrastructure, and staff coordination Strong communication, budgeting, and reporting skills Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project/program management Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams Experience managing IT service delivery programs and overseeing staffing, reporting, and client relations Powered by JazzHR
