The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing the clinical programs for Summit facilities. Included in the oversight is ensuring the programs utilize best practice models, are evidenced-based and fidelity measures are in place. This position is 100% onsite in Franklin, TN.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Establishes and verifies implementation of best practice guidelines for facility programs by establishing a treatment philosophy with each facility that is representative of its consumer base and community needs.
• Performs onsite facility visitations to review adherence to established Summit clinical practices and review for need of additional or remedial training as needed. Reviews for additional assistance may include areas of clinical best practice guidelines for facility programs inclusive of acute, residential, detox, PHP, IOP and SLE.
• Utilizes Trac9 outcomes metrics to help guide individualized clinical programming
• Utilizes standardized facility quality and risk metrics to identify variations in trends of compliance and non-adherence to established Risk benchmarks e.g. ATD's, elopements.
• Provides education and training to facility clinical directors as needed.
• Verifies that facilities have established operating procedures for standardized methods of supervision for all clinical staff.
• Completes a monthly report to the Vice President of Quality and Compliance outlining activities, high risk or problem prone facilities and priorities.
• Provides training and guidance for De Novo and acquisitions clinical directors, as needed.
• Assists Vice President of Quality and Compliance with projects and reports.

Education / Experience / Skill Requirements :

Licenses / Designations / Certifications :

Licensed counselor / social worker / psychologist or for the area of clinical expertise preferred.
