Commercial Marketing Operations Specialist
The Commercial Marketing Operations Specialist provides essential support to the commercial organization by ensuring marketing operations processes, tools, and systems run efficiently and compliantly. This role bridges marketing, sales, and operations, focusing on process optimization, technology utilization, and administrative accuracy. The Specialist plays a key role in managing GPO and contract submissions, supporting commercial execution, maintaining data integrity, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to drive business success.
Support the end-to-end process for GPO, IDN, and other commercial contract submissions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Maintain and audit contract, pricing, and product data within internal systems and databases.
Extract, validate, and organize data for reporting and business insights.
Provide technical and administrative support for SaaS and custom-built solutions used by marketing teams and external customers to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Develop, maintain, and deliver clear, concise, and accurate training materials, user guides, technical configuration documentation, and project-related information to ensure comprehensive knowledge sharing and easy reference.
Assist in implementing and refining operational processes and tools that support commercial and marketing effectiveness.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across marketing operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
13 years of experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, or a related business support function.
Strong understanding of business processes, data accuracy, and documentation control.
Experience working with SaaS tools or customer-facing platforms preferred.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving process issues.
Demonstrated project management skills, including needs assessment, requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
Positive, confident, empathetic, and self-motivated attitude.
Must be proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite.
