Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Inbound Calls : Handle incoming inquiries efficiently and provide comprehensive information to clients.
Policy Customization : Design insurance plans that meet the unique requirements of each client.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional products.
Relationship Building : Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License in Louisiana required.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or related roles preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients effectively.
Client-Focused : Strong commitment to understanding and meeting clients' needs.
