Position Overview

The General Manager (GM) is the senior on-site leader for one or more student housing communities in Knoxville. This individual is responsible for driving leasing performance, operational excellence, staff leadership, and resident experience. The GM must operate with an ownership mindset, ensuring that all aspects of the property meet or exceed Muinzers high standards of execution, professionalism, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

• Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance.
• Execute the approved business plan for the asset with a focus on NOI growth, cost control, and asset preservation.
• Ensure compliance with all Muinzer operational policies and procedures.
