Graphic Design Specialist
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines for multiple projects with overlapping due dates.
- Meticulously maintain brand standards for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with a growing team of designers responsible for delivering compelling design solutions.
- Work cross functionally to help determine scopes and deliverables of assigned projects.
- Contribute to maintaining the digital asset management (DAM) system.
Minimum Experience and Education :
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in design, graphic design, marketing, or a related creative field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant design experience.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of design principles and a solid foundation in business fundamentals.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop in a Mac environment.
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively.
- Experience with designing packaging and rendering images is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present information clearly and accurately to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with DAM and Project management software is preferred.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain open, collaborative working relationships with supervisors and colleagues.
- A continuous learner with a proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency optimization.
- Experience collaborating with agencies or external partners on design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of working with print vendors, including file preparation, scheduling, and other aspects that ensure cost-effective, high-quality deliverables.
